About Us
Airway Technologies, Inc. is an Instrument Landing System (ILS) manufacturer based in the Republic of Korea, with its headquarters in Seoul and dedicated R&D and manufacturing facilities located in Gyeonggi-do province.
Since our founding in October 2006, we have been at the forefront of ILS innovation, merging Korea’s advanced electronics capabilities with stringent international aviation standards. Over nearly two decades, we have supplied ILS and DME systems to airports and airbases across Asia, Africa, and Europe, earning a reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
We are proud to be the world’s first ILS provider to adopt a TCP/IP-based communication architecture, which reduces maintenance costs and improves operational efficiency—key advantages recognized by both civil and military aviation authorities.
Our systems are currently in operation at sites including Osmani International Airport in Bangladesh, and multiple airbases in Thailand and Indonesia. These installations have passed stringent flight inspections and continue to enable precise and safe aircraft landings worldwide.
Notable milestones include the successful delivery of our 20th ILS system in 2016, the completion of an ODM-based ILS for a North American company in 2010, and the flight inspection of Korea’s first domestically developed ILS in 2009. These achievements reflect our sustained commitment to innovation, quality, and global expansion.
Our technical team is composed of highly skilled engineers with deep expertise in RF, DSP, and embedded systems. From R&D and manufacturing to flight inspection and global support, every step is guided by a rigorous quality assurance framework. In addition, our long-term R&D partnership with Korea Aerospace University ensures continued innovation and future-ready solutions.
